NEXT SESSIONS DATE IS COMING SOON — Join us for a unique Classical Pilates Mat Class and Restorative Sound Bath that blends the strength and precision of movement with the deep relaxation of sound healing. Begin with grounding tea, then move through a guided mat class where you'll notice your breath, alignment, and movement before transitioning into a calming sound immersion with crystal singing bowls and chimes. This intentionally small group allows for personalized attention, inviting you to simply notice and reconnect with yourself as you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and completely reset. All levels welcome.

Each ticket includes:

Because even superheroes need their beauty sleep, class ends promptly after one hour so our little wiener dogs can clock out for a well-deserved nap. 💤
